Hotel 1000, downtown Seattle's premier luxury destination, was recognized by Travel + Leisure readers as one of the world's best hotels on its annual T+L 500 List, based on readers' polls. Hotel 1000 was ranked Number 1 in Washington state and received the highest marks for the Pacific Northwest region (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho) overall.

The Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa (www.thewoodmark.com), Kirkland, WA the only hotel on the shores of Lake Washington, announces the distinctive honor of being recognized by Condé Nast Traveler readers in their annual “Best in the World” edition as a top resort in the nation.  Debuting in the November 2009 issue, the 22nd annual Condé Nast Traveler  Readers’ Choice Awards list reveals that The Woodmark is named as one of the “Top 75 Mainland U.S. Resorts” and is the only hotel in Washington state to be included in this category.

MTM Luxury Lodging to Manage New Hotel in Old Bellevue
MTM Luxury Lodging, which manages Hotel 1000, Alderbrook Resort & Spa, Cave B Inn at SageCliffe, Willows Lodge and The Woodmark Hotel, as well as other premier hotels in the Northwest, announced today it has secured the management contract for the Bellevue Park Hotel, a new property developed by Hydra Developments, LLC and slated to open in Old Bellevue in spring 2012.
