MTM Luxury Lodging and DeLille Cellars Cheers to a new Partnership

MTM Luxury Lodging, which manages the premier collection of boutique hotels and restaurants in the Northwest, including Cave B Inn at SageCliffe, Hotel 1000, Willows Lodge and The Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa, has forged a special partnership with DeLille Cellars, one of Washington state’s most highly-rated wineries, to offer two of its award-winning, 90+ point wines at an incredible value.
The restaurants at all MTM-managed hotels – Barking Frog at Willows Lodge, BOKA KITCHEN + BAR at Hotel 1000 and bin on the lake at The Woodmark, Clink at The Liberty in Boston and the restaurant at Bardessono in Napa Valley – will now offer DeLille Cellars’ 2007 Chaleur Estate Blanc and 2006 Doyenne Aix to guests at $12 per glass. This compares to the $15 to $17 per glass at most other restaurants and bars. Additionally, for banquets and special events, the catering departments at MTM Northwest Collection hotels will offer both wines at $45 per bottle, which carry a retail value of up to $75. MTM’s restaurants will be the only hotel restaurants in the nation to offer this exclusive value.

DeLille Cellars 2007 Chaleur Estate Blanc Columbia Valley is a blend of 68 percent Sauvignon Blanc and 32 percent Semillon. It has a creamy nose of grapefruit, pineapple, and straw, with toasted almond notes. Its taste reveals complex straw and wild herb notes, along with more creamy citrus and Anjou pear flavors. Stephen Tanzer’s International Wine Cellar awarded the Chaleur Estate Blanc 93 points.

DeLille Cellars’ Doyenne 2006 Aix is a blend of 64.5 percent Syrah and 35.5 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. It offers a nose of wild berries, flowers, lavender and cured meats. The palate shows the freshness of the 2006 vintage with bright loganberries and orange blossom notes. DeLille’s Doyenne 2005 Aix was named by Wine Spectator #48 on its list Top 100 wines, receiving a score of 93.
