FST specializes in upscale and luxury independent and branded hotels, resorts and inns. Serving on behalf of the hotel owner we work aggressively and collaboratively with the hotel management company to maximize profits and increase asset value.
Currently under contract with FST is the W Hotel (Silicon Valley), The Madison Hotel (Washington D.C.) and the Loews New Orleans and five mid-market hotels in Canada. Additionally FST fulfills the role of Operating Tenant at the Hyatt Islandia in San Diego.
